Our policy on refunds and cancellations
We do not usually offer refunds. If you no longer need your tickets for a live event then we would urge you to try to sell them on or give them to a friend who might enjoy the activity. We are only able to make a refund if we sell-out and are able to sell your tickets on; and in that instance will take a 25% admin charge to cover card costs.
No refunds are given for any cancellation made within 30 days of a workshop or weekly class commencing. An administration fee of 25% will be made on cancellations or alterations before this time to cover the costs we incur in taking payments and then issuing your refund.
In the unlikely event that WE need to cancel or postpone an activity or event then you will be given a full refund (with no admin charge) as soon as we are able to make contact with you via the telephone.
Any refund made will be at the discretion of the management of Prema.
